Preparation is key to performance!!

With the stock markets trading as erratic as they are now…it is more important than ever to be prepared when you are trading.

I have always believed that preparation is key to optimal performance. I my trading, whether it be buying shares or day trading indexes, I like to plan out what levels are important, what I expect for the day and how I anticipate trading.

Below is a live trading session on the Hang Seng that went nicely to plan. I talk through the preparation work ahead of the session and what eventually played out. I also talk through the reasoning for the trade with some handy price action tips to look out for with your own trading.
